The North Carolina Geographer, published on a regular basis by the North Carolina Geographical Society, is calling for submissions for its upcoming issue! The North Carolina Geographer serves as an outlet for articles and reviews relevant to the geography of the state. Submissions from geography faculty, students, and professionals in all geographic and related fields are welcome. Students are particularly encouraged to submit articles!
The journal publishes research articles, conference reports, and book reviews. Submissions can be of an academic and/or general interest nature.
Submissions must be made in electronic format. The North Carolina Geographer follows the referencing style used by the Annals of the Association of American Geographers.
Text should be in .doc or .docx format with 1 inch margins. Graphical figures and photographs for the draft are to be include in-text, however, media are to be submitted as separate files at the highest resolution and size possible for accepted documents to ensure the best production in the journal.
